[摘要]意图 比较巧克力囊肿患者腹腔镜术后联合孕三烯酮与戈舍瑞林医治的临床作用。办法 将我院2014年1月～2015年11月收治的72例巧克力囊肿患者作为调查目标，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=36）和调查组（n=36）。两组均给予腹腔镜术医治，在此基础上，对照组加用孕三烯酮，调查组加用戈舍瑞林，对两组患者体内激素水平、临床作用、妊娠率进行比较。成果 在激素水平方面，两组医治后血清卵泡刺激素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）、雌二醇（E2）水平明显下降（P<0.05），但组间血清FSH、LH水平比较差异无统计学含义（P>0.05），而调查组血清E2水平明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。在总有功率、妊娠率方面，调查组者均高于对照组，分别为83.3% vs.61.1%、63.9% vs.38.9%，组间比较差异有统计学含义（P<0.05）。定论 巧克力囊肿患者腹腔镜术后联合戈舍瑞林临床作用愈加明显，不仅可下降患者激素水平，还可进步妊娠率，值得临床进一步使用与学习。

Effect of Goserelin combined after laparoscopic surgery treating chocolate cyst

[Abstract]Objective To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in patients with chocolate cyst combined with Gestrinone and Goserelin treatment.Methods 72 patients with chocolate cyst treated in our hospital from January 2014 to November 2015 were selected as observation subjects and divided into control group （n=36） and observation group （n=36） according to random number table method.Both groups were given laparoscopic treatment.On this basis，the patients in the control group were given Gestrinone and the patients in the observation group were given Goserelin.The levels of hormone，clinical efficacy and pregnancy rate in both groups were statistically analyzed.Results In hormone levels，two groups of after treatment，serum follicle stimulating hormone （FSH），luteinizing hormone （LH），estradiol （E2） level were significantly decreased（P<0.05），but the groups of serum FSH，there was no significant difference between the level of LH（P>0.05），and the serum E2 level of observation group was significantly lower than the control group （P<0.05）.In terms of the total effective rate，pregnancy rate，the observation group were higher than that in the control group，the data were 83.3% vs. 61.1%，63.9% vs.38.9%，there was a significant difference between groups （P<0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of Goserelin for chocolate cyst patients after laparoscopic surgery is more significant，not only can reduce the hormone level of patients but also can improve the pregnancy rate，which is worthy of further application and clinical reference.

巧克力囊肿是子宫内膜异位症的一种类型，发病率为50%～70%[1]，若单纯给予手术医治，治愈率較低，复发率较高，因而，对期望保存卵巢功能的患者来说，多联合药物医治，以此稳固医治作用[2]。如今，孕三烯酮、戈舍瑞林作为促性腺激素开释激素类似物（GnRHa）药物，在临床中得到了遍及使用，且具有必定的临床作用[3-4]。为了进一步讨论孕三烯酮、戈舍瑞林的医治作用，本研讨现对我院收治的巧克力囊肿患者进行探求，比较腹腔镜术联合孕三烯酮与戈舍瑞林医治的临床作用，现报导如下。
